Our Services
🧠 Individual Therapy
Individual Therapy provides one-on-one counseling with a licensed mental health professional to help individuals manage stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and other emotional or behavioral challenges in a safe and supportive environment.
🤝 Case Management (CM)
Case Management helps individuals and families connect with community resources and services, including healthcare, housing, education, employment, transportation coordination, benefits, and other essential supports needed to improve overall well-being and stability.
🌱 Community-Based Rehabilitation Services (CBRS)
CBRS helps individuals develop practical skills needed for success in daily life, school, work, and the community. Services focus on improving independence, communication, emotional regulation, social skills, and problem-solving abilities.
💙 Adult Peer Support Services (CPSS)
Adult Peer Support Services provide encouragement, guidance, and recovery support from trained professionals who use their own lived experiences to help individuals build hope, resilience, and confidence in their recovery journey.
⭐ Youth Peer Support Services (YPS)
Youth Peer Support Services help children and adolescents build social skills, emotional regulation, confidence, healthy relationships, and positive coping strategies while receiving support from trained youth peer specialists.
👨👩👧 Family Support Services (FPS)
Family Support Services help caregivers and families better understand mental health challenges, improve communication, strengthen family relationships, and develop skills to support their child’s emotional and behavioral well-being.
🗣️ Interpretation Services
Interpretation Services help ensure effective communication between providers, clients, and families by reducing language barriers and supporting access to culturally responsive care.
